1/ Aid to the Church in Need ACN UK Homepage are a Catholic charity bringing spiritual and practical help to Catholics and other Christians where they are persecuted, oppressed or in pastoral need through prayer, information and action.  This Sunday 2^nd November there will be a second collection going towards their good work across the world, you can give through the baskets at the ends of the church, the card machines or online at ACN UK Homepage

2/ PAX CHRISTI – Their most recent newsletter discusses Catholic Social

Teaching which calls us, on this 8oth anniversary of Hiroshima, to speak

out against expansion of Nuclear weapons & to support policies that

uphold peace. The newsletter shows their various actions, protests &

pilgrimages made this year in support of the Treaty on the Prohibition

of nuclear weapons. Pax Christi also campaigns against the annual Arms

Fair which the UK hosts in London.

The Just Peace newsletters are available to take from the information

table by the car park entrance.

3/ COP 30 Climate Justice March & Rally 11am at Peace Statute Brighton BN3 2WN on Sat 15^th November.  Speakers Sian Berry MP Green Party, Coat of Hope’s, Greenpeace.  Music & Drummers, Walk along the Sea Front. 4/ Fr Silvester is very grateful for all the medical & school items & children’s clothes.  Everything has arrived at London Docks & is awaiting shipment to Uganda, we’ll keep you updated when it arrives in Uganda
