1/ Worthing Deanery Justice and Peace Group are having a Mass for Peace to highlight the conflicts going on around the world. It will be held at St Michael’s, Hayling Rise BN13 3AL on Thurs 24th April at 6.30pm. There will be a display and refreshments in the parish centre afterwards. All are welcome to join us. The service will be live streamed for those not able to attend
2/ Emergency Appeal After the serious earthquake that has hit Myanmar the J&P group have made a donation from funds we receive from the parish. In an area already affected by conflict buildings have been damaged, so it’s likely to be devastating. Many buildings have also been effected in Thailand. Through CAFOD, we can provide the emergency help that affected families that will need – food, water and shelter.
