Parish Rooms Booking Rules
From 1 March, there will be a change to the way parish rooms are booked.
All parish groups and those responsible for pastoral activities will now be able to make reservations using the online booking form available on our parish website.
Before submitting a booking request, please check the online calendar to ensure that the date and time you wish to reserve are available. The calendar is for viewing only.
On all Sundays throughout the year, the church and the Lady’s Chapel (excluding the parish hall in the afternoon) are reserved for the entire day. This means that Sundays are not available for bookings, except for the Parish Hall. Furthermore, all Holy Masses celebrated on Sundays throughout the year, including the Malabar Rite and the Mass in Italian, do not need to be reserved in the calendar.
During the week the church with chapel is reserved for Mass till 11AM, except Wednesdays.
Additionally, the parish office reserves the right to make changes to bookings or disregard them, particularly if a request conflicts with parish programs organised by the parish priest.
Please note: the calendar in the sacristy, previously used for bookings, will now be available only to priests, deacons, and those serving in the sacristy.
