Help Us Stay Connected – Join Our Parish Database
As part of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan, the former Worthing Deanery is on a journey towards becoming one parish. This process brings together the communities of Littlehampton & Rustington, East Preston, Goring-by-Sea, St Michael’s Worthing, St Mary’s Worthing & Lancing, and Shoreham with Steyning & Upper Beeding.
While this process is still ongoing, good communication is essential if we are to grow together as a united parish family. To support this journey, we are establishing a Parish Database for all members of our communities.
The purpose of this database is to strengthen communication:
Between the parish leadership and parishioners.
Between our local communities.
Between community leaders, volunteers, ministries, and the faithful.
Across the whole parish as we prepare for this new chapter in our shared life and mission.
As we move towards becoming one parish, it is important that everyone feels informed, connected, and included. This database will help us communicate more effectively, share information more widely, and build stronger relationships across all our communities while respecting the unique identity and traditions of each one.
We warmly invite all parishioners to register and become part of this growing network. Your participation will help us strengthen our sense of belonging, deepen our communion, and support the mission that the Lord is calling us to undertake together.
“Lord, where are You calling us to go?”
Blessings in Christ,
fr Irek
