On June 12th 2025 Fr. Chris Benyon, former Worthing Parish Priest, will celebrate his Priestly Diamond Jubilee and will commemorate that event with a Mass here at St. Mary’s on Sunday, 22nd June at 9.30 am, after which he will be happy to meet with friends and acquaintances in the Parish Centre. All are welcome.

Illuminate your life in Christ on Saturday 26th April, 11.30am at Lighthouse. Join us at St Edward the Confessor Church, Crawley (RH10 7EQ) a day of renewal, worship, teaching, and fellowship. Explore “Proclaim the Lord’s Year of Favour” (Isaiah 61:2) and grow as ‘Pilgrims of Hope’ in this Jubilee year. Uplifting teaching and prayer ministry, Sacrament of Reconciliation, a concluding Vigil Mass for Divine Mercy Sunday.

This Lent why not grow in the transformative power of prayer. “The Way” Prayer Group returns for a limited time on Monday evenings at St Mary of the Angels. Do you want to be with a supportive community of prayer, and to deepen your relationship with God? Look no further, and join us through Lent, starting Monday 10th March at 7.30pm. Remember, Lent’s three pillars are prayer, fasting and almsgiving–meaning that we’re called to do more than just abstain from a particular food or activity. So come and join us in prayer at 7:30pm in the Lady Chapel at St Mary of the Angels in Worthing,  starting Monday 10th March and running weekly to Monday 17th April.
