Are you ready? Are you ready to explore faith more fully? To learn more deeply about how God is calling you? Are you willing to complete the grace given to you in baptism by proclaiming Christ died and risen for “yourself”?
By preparing for and receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation you will be affirming a more mature faith. You will become “more perfectly bound to the Church and (will be) enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit.” (Lumen Gentium 11)
It’s a big step. It’s a big deal – are you ready?
If you are around Year 10 and want to know more about preparing for Confirmation do the following things:
- Register on our database
- Fill in the online Confirmation form
- Email Deacon Phil if you have any questions (philip.richardson@abdiocese.org.uk)
- Or even better, introduce yourself at Mass.
Session are on Thursday evenings @6.30 at St Mary of the Angels, starting in January.
