Syrian/Turkish Earthquake Parishioners will recall the huge collection of goods made on behalf of Samar’s Aid charity & it’s work in Syria. Samara Levy the founder, has written of the challenges in setting up of a Medical Centre at Deir Ez-Zor in her book “Rebuilding Ruins”. The horrific earthquake on the Syrian/Turkish boarder nearly two weeks ago has again brought this work into sharp focus. Donations can be made to www.samarasaidappeal.org.
